discuss creating a seamless transition between secondary education and
postsecondary opportunities for all Texas students. Specific topics
addressed include House Bill 1, aligning secondary and postsecondary
curriculum, and closing the gaps in higher education by initiating efforts
at the lower grade levels. Local leaders also call for the cooperation of
faculty across secondary and postsecondary educators to reach the statewide
goals of the "Closing the Gaps Higher Education Initiative." These videos
