Kelli first joined the EPIC team in 2011, temporarily working as research support for the NAGB Job Training Program Curriculum Study project. She became a permanent addition as a Customer Support Representative in July of 2012. Her experience extends more than a decade working in various customer service venues. She attended William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.
