EPIC is a premier educational policy center working to strengthen the connection between secondary and postsecondary education. EPIC works with federal agencies, state education departments, non-governmental organizations, private foundations, and school districts who share in EPIC's mission to improve the level at which students are prepared to succeed in college and life. Most of the Center's work has been focused on the high school/college connection through curriculum, standards, and assessment alignment between K-12 and postsecondary educational institutions.
