Consulting Opportunity: Document Reviewer

Consulting Opportunity: Document Reviewer

The Educational Policy Improvement Center (EPIC) seeks faculty with teaching experience in higher educational or secondary institutions to serve as consultants on curriculum review projects. Applicants must have direct teaching experience in one of the following general subject areas:
  • English/Literature/Writing
  • Mathematics
  • Natural Sciences
  • Social Sciences
  • World Languages
  • The Arts (Dance, Art History, Visual Art, Theatre or Music)
Consultant reviewers use an online instrument accessed from any computer with an Internet connection and the ability to view PDF files. They are trained on the use of the instrument and curriculum review procedures for each project. Time needed to complete reviews varies based on the number of documents to review for each course and the number of content standards being reviewed.

To be considered as a consultant reviewer, please complete an online application. You may apply directly to one or more projects. You may also complete a general application for future projects. Your general application will be placed in a pool for EPIC to access as project needs arise. Please contact reviewer_registration@epiconline.org for more information or if you have trouble accessing the online application.

PLEASE NOTE: You must submit an application for a specific project to be considered as a potential reviewer for that project.

To be considered for a consultant reviewer position, please fill out the online form. Once you have completed the online submission process, your skills will be reviewed each time there is a project need for raters.
