Connie's background includes several years of experience in administrative and technical support positions. Prior to joining EPIC, Connie spent seven years at Lane Forest Products, Inc. where she maintained 15 databases.

Connie has 3 children. One attends Lewis and Clark College, and the youngest is still in elementary school. She enjoys reading, cycling, beach vacations and chocolate.

David’s background includes ten years’ experience in Information Technology. He has developed software for banking, healthcare, and retail stores.

David studied Computer Science and Business at Montana State University in Bozeman and enjoys reading, hiking, playing saxophone, bowling, and spending time with his wife and son.

Duane has 20 years' experience working for companies like NASDAQ and The Boeing Company. Duane has developed software for the financial and aerospace industry.

Duane enjoys hiking, biking, camping and other outdoor activities. He also enjoys church activities.

Gretchen holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Information Systems and a minor in Dance Performance from the University of Idaho. She also attended the University of Waikato in New Zealand and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Gretchen loves traveling. Before moving to Eugene, she spent 3 months in the Caribbean working on a novel. She also enjoys dancing, volleyball, yoga, rock climbing, and tennis.

Joel primarily designs, builds, and manages Center websites. In addition, he administers EPIC's growing family of computers and servers.

Joel graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Digital Arts and continues to exercise creativity on a daily basis.
