Led by Dr. David Conley, CEO, EPIC is a dynamic and talented group, committed to quality and innovation. There is very little in the way of corporate hierarchy and everyone wears many hats. Each employee is part of a specified team, but also lends their expertise and talents company-wide to pitch in where necessary and across projects. EPIC is committed to the ongoing enrichment and growth of each employee.

  • Alesha Fox's picture
    Lead Researcher/Team Lead

    Alesha is Team Lead for the AP Course Audit project on the Course Analysis team.

    Alesha received her BA in Education in 2002 from Western Oregon University and still maintains her teaching certification in middle school/high school Social Studies. Currently Alesha is pursuing her MS in Applied Information Management through the University of Oregon.

    Before arriving at EPIC, Alesha worked as a middle school substitute teacher and basketball coach. She enjoys sports of all kinds, shopping, and spending time with her family.

    Research Specialist

    Allison is a researcher for State Services projects on the State & School Services team.

    Allison is a doctoral candidate in Special Education and Clinical Sciences at the University of Oregon. She holds a MA in Education and a BA in English Literature, both from the University of California, Berkeley.

    Allison spent the past five years working at UC Berkeley, University of Maryland, and the University of Oregon as a Learning Specialist, working specifically with at risk student athletes. She decided to pursue a position at EPIC to better align her work interests with her doctoral degree.

    Outside of work and school, she enjoys spending time with her husband. A former collegiate runner, Allison likes running, hiking, and biking around Eugene. Allison is expecting her first child in September.

    Research Specialist

    Anna is a researcher for the Maine Course Pathways project on the Course Analysis team.

    Anna received her Bachelor’s degree in journalism, and her Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oregon. During her time as an undergraduate, she spent time in Copenhagen, Denmark, and traveled throughout northern Europe.

    In her spare time, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two-year-old son. They all enjoy getting outside and looking at wildlife.

    Research Specialist

    Brittney received her BS in Chemistry from Whitworth University. She obtained her masters degree in chemistry from the University of Oregon. However, before coming to EPIC, she realized a deep desire to focus her career in a more human relations direction. Growing up in a family of public educators as provided an in depth understanding and respect for our K-12 education system. Obtaining a position that strives for the betterment of that system will be an honor.

    In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and playing volleyball.

    Research Support Technician

    Chris supports the AP Course Audit project on the Course Analysis team. She is working toward a BA in Human Services and hopes to become an elementary school counselor.

    Chris enjoys many sports including soccer and volleyball, and has been a children's snowboard instructor. She loves music more than the average person despite the fact that she is not musically talented whatsoever. In her spare time she likes to spend time with family, friends, and enjoys photography.
