Led by Dr. David Conley, CEO, EPIC is a dynamic and talented group, committed to quality and innovation. There is very little in the way of corporate hierarchy and everyone wears many hats. Each employee is part of a specified team, but also lends their expertise and talents company-wide to pitch in where necessary and across projects. EPIC is committed to the ongoing enrichment and growth of each employee.
Client Support RepresentativeAndy holds a BA in Music Theory from Wisconsin Lutheran College. Prior to joining EPIC, he worked in production, security, and product testing at Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis, OR.
Andy enjoys video games, playing his guitar, and dabbling in electronic music recording.
Client Support RepresentativeChance Fitzpatrick is part of the AP Audit team. He has a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon. His previous work experience is in non-profit marketing, management, and economic development.
He enjoys the outdoors, mountaineering, hiking, rock climbing, and cycling.
Client Support RepresentativeEvie joined EPIC after six years as Director of Family Housing for Southern Oregon University where she earned her Bachelor's in Communication and Master's of Business Management.
Evie moved to Eugene to be closer to her family. She loves volunteering with Relay for Life and consuming massive amounts of Starbucks coffee.
Client Support RepresentativeHal holds over 10 years experience in customer service. Additionally, he has worked in insurance, purchasing, and educational software development. Hal received an Associates Degree in Applications Development from MTI College of Business and Technology in 2000.
In his free time, Hal enjoys Texas Hold'em, golf, and tennis. He also enjoys seeing his daughter, who is attending school in Sacramento, whenever he can.
Client Support Team Leader & Operations AdministratorJeremy is Team Lead for the Client Support Center team, and Operations Administrator for the Center.
Jeremy worked with Hewlett Packard for 13 years as the supervisor for the operations control room. He enjoys teaching martial arts in his spare time and belongs to three small writing groups. Jeremy loves to paint, draw and sculpt, and ride ATV.
