Led by Dr. David Conley, CEO, EPIC is a dynamic and talented group, committed to quality and innovation. There is very little in the way of corporate hierarchy and everyone wears many hats. Each employee is part of a specified team, but also lends their expertise and talents company-wide to pitch in where necessary and across projects.   • Bryn Quinlan's picture
    Accounting Assistant

    As part of the Admin team, Bryn provides accounting support to the Fiscal Systems Administrator.

    Bryn holds a BA in Russian and Eastern European Studies from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.

    Bryn loves gardening, sun, thai food, and volleyball. She wishes it wasn't always cloudy in Eugene. She intends to become a fantastic rock climber.

    Communications and Project Events Coordinator

    As part of the Admin team, Deanna is responsible for Center publications and reports, project events, and driving the evolution of EPIC's web site.

    Deanna's extensive background includes eight years of non-profit/college management and administration, specializing in marketing, public relations, and internal/external communications. In these capacities, Deanna has worked with educators and in higher education for most of her career. She is a published journalist and aspiring novelist.

    Deanna enjoys many passions including writing, tennis, painting, gardening, and family...including two beautiful children and one on the way! who remind her to never stop learning every day.

  • Holly Langan's picture
    Fiscal Systems Administrator

    Holly earned her BA in Sociology from the University of Oregon and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Holly also has a Master's degree in Public Administration and is working towards a PhD in Educational Leadership.

    Holly's background is extensive. She has served EPIC in a variety of research and administrative roles and outside EPIC has worked in research areas such as performance measurement, institutional research, strategic planning, and deliberative democracy with an emphasis in group facilitation. Additionally, Holly has five years experience in operations management and accounting.

    In addition to spending time with her three cute kids, Holly enjoys playing volleyball and trying not kill plants in her garden.

  • Lindsay Bradley's picture
    Executive Administrative Assistant

    As part of the Admin team, Lindsay provides general and executive administrative support for EPIC and helps keep the office functioning smoothly. She holds a BA in English Literature and Language from St. Mary’s University, and is currently writing her Master’s thesis on women writers of the beat generation.

    Lindsay, along with her husband and young daughter, recently relocated from San Antonio, Texas to Eugene. They look forward to the changes in quality of life that Eugene can offer her family. When not reading or writing, she enjoys figure skating, karaoke, foreign languages, camping, and spending time with her family.

  • Roberta Kellis's picture
    Human Resources Administrator

    Roberta has over twenty years' experience in human resources, business, and office management, as well as accounting. After working in the service and sales industry, Roberta is happy to return to an education environment. She was employed for eight years at Marist High School as their Business Manager. She graduated from two Business Colleges in Eugene, and has earned ongoing credits from the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries in supervision, policy writing, and family leave laws.

    Roberta is very close to her entire family. She grew up in a musically talented, "Bluegrass garage-band" family with her parents and three other siblings. Roberta and her youngest sister continue to bring their families together to play.
